Ballots to determine nominees for the golden statuette on the results in 2009 will be sent to 5,2 thousand members of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts on December 28.
The names of the nominees will be named on Feb. 2, 2010 during a special press conference at the American Academy in Beverly Hills.
